Terms and Conditions of the Custom Printing Service
The customer bears full responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the uploaded design file in (STL/OBJ) format. The store is not responsible for any defects in the final product resulting from errors in the original design or the file's dimensions not being suitable for printing.
The customer warrants that they have full legal rights or intellectual property rights to print the uploaded file. The store has the right to cancel any order immediately and refund the amount if it is found that the design violates intellectual property rights or contains materials protected by law without the owner's permission.
It is strictly prohibited to upload or request printing of any models related to weapons (or parts thereof), sharp and dangerous materials, offensive or racist symbols, or any models that violate local laws and public morals. These orders will be automatically canceled without consulting the customer.
Since this product is made specifically based on the customer's request, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once the actual printing process has begun, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect on our part (such as using the wrong material or color).
The actual color shades of the printed models may differ slightly from the colors displayed on device screens. The customer also acknowledges the existence of a natural and very small tolerance in 3D printing dimensions (Tolerance) that is industrially acceptable.
